Platinum Service Plan is the ultimate choice in maintaining your cleaning equipment to ensure reliable cleaning performance over the nominated term.
The Plan is invoiced monthly and inclusive of service and maintenance costs. Travel, part and labour costs are included to complete on-site preventive maintenance services and corrective repairs. The only additional charges are for the replacement of consumable items ( filters and/or ground engaging items) and any associated labour or to rectify any damage from misuse or abuse.
Platinum partners gain the highest priority in response times so any repairs are completed quickly and effectively to reduce downtime. On the rare event that equipment has failed from normal operation and cannot be repaired within 24 hours of the the technician attending site a relief machine of similar size will be supplied at no additional cost. In the event that the machine is inoperable due to damage or misuse a machine of similar size is available for hire at a discounted rate.
Platinum partners also have the added benefit to access Capital Equipment's extensive casual hire fleet at discounted prices for any surplus requirements that may arise.
